Mobile Video comes of age this year with the prevalence of devices, network enhancements, applications and services. Many new possibilities and subscriber services arise from the advent of mobile video. With it also come challenges such as bandwidth constraints. For example a video session can consume as much as 700x the bandwidth of a typical data session.
